When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed in 2 to 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Canada:

5 to 11 business days

Shipping to continental U.S.A.:

6 to 12 business days

For customers in the U.S.A. please note your orders must pass through border customs. There may, from time to time, be small delays for which we have no control over.

Do you accept returns?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will aslo have to provide proof of purchase, such as invoice or receipt.

What if my item arrives damaged and/or there is a product issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at customercare@gwenandoli.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an item you did not order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you provide a tracking number for my order?

Every order is shipped with Canada Post and a tracking number will be attached to each parcel. The tracking number will be passed onto you, so you may track the order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at check out according to the delivery address provided.

We currently ship to Canada and U.S.A.

Shipped with Canada Post.

All shipments include a tracking number.

Do you gift wrap?

No, not at this time.

However, please note that all orders will ship in a light purple natural linen burlap jewellery sachet.

Currently we ship across Canada and U.S.A.

(All 50 states and the District of Columbia)

Does your jewellery contain lead?

All of the metal components in our jewellery are lead free.
